1. Definitions

• Application: The Mapo mobile application
• User: The homeowner or individual requesting a service through the application
• Service Provider (Professional): Individuals who provide services through the application
• Service: The work requested by the user and performed by the service provider
• Platform: The digital system that connects users and service providers

shall mean.

2. Scope of Service

Mapo;

• Allows users to create service requests,
• Delivers these requests to relevant service providers,
• Enables service providers to submit offers,
• Enables the parties to create a service by selecting a date and time

and acts solely as an intermediary platform.
Mapo is not the direct provider of any service.

Fees and Financial Responsibility

Any fee, price, estimated cost, or similar calculation displayed within the Mapo application is provided for informational and comparison purposes only. These values are non-binding and do not constitute a final offer.

Mapo is not a party to any direct financial agreement between the user and the service provider and does not mediate the formation of such agreements.

Actual service fees, payment terms, and financial responsibilities are determined directly and separately between the user and the service provider.

Nature of Service Requests

The Mapo application is a platform designed to match service requests created by users with relevant service providers.

The application does not exercise direct guidance, intervention, or decision-making authority over service requests. Mapo makes no commitment regarding how, when, or under what conditions a service will be provided.

All processes, communications, and responsibilities related to service provision take place directly between the user and the service provider.

3. Membership and Account Security

• Users must create accounts using accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.
• Accounts may be suspended in case of suspicious activity.

4. Service Request and Offer Process

• Users must create service requests clearly and accurately.
• Requests are forwarded to suitable service providers by the system.
• Service providers submit offers including price, description, and estimated duration.
• The user selects an offer and proposes two or three alternative dates and times.
• A service is created upon confirmation of the date by the service provider.

5. Service Fulfillment

• The service is performed by the service provider at the agreed date and time.
• Upon completion, the service is closed by the service provider.
• User satisfaction feedback may be collected.

Mapo is not directly responsible for the quality or outcome of the service.

6. Payment and Pricing

• Payment terms are determined between the user and the service provider.
• Mapo currently does not provide an in-app payment infrastructure.
• Mapo is not a party to disputes arising from services provided by service providers.

7. User Obligations

Users shall not:

• Use the application for unlawful purposes,
• Provide false or misleading information,
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the system,
• Violate the rights of other users.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated in case of violation.

8. Service Provider Obligations

Service providers are obliged to:

• Submit accurate and truthful offers,
• Comply with agreed schedules,
• Perform services with due care and diligence.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, design, and trademarks within the application belong to Mapo.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mapo shall not be liable for:

• Acts or omissions of service providers,
• Damages that may occur during service execution,
• Disputes between users and service providers.

Mapo limits its liability to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The application is provided “as is”.

11. Suspension and Termination of Account

• Accounts may be suspended in case of violation of these Terms of Service.
• Accounts may be permanently terminated when necessary.

12. Amendments

Mapo reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Updates become effective upon publication within the application.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Courts located in Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
