The user selects the most suitable offer and sets the date and time. Once the service is completed, the job is closed and satisfaction feedback is collected from the user.

Mapo aims to make the service procurement process transparent, organized, and easily manageable. The platform operates as an intermediary structure that brings users and service providers together and does not directly provide the service itself.
