• Support requests and feedback content

• Error and performance logs

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Creation and management of service requests
• Matching users with service providers
• Planning and execution of service processes
• Responding to support requests
• Measuring user satisfaction
• Ensuring application security
• Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the PDPL:

• Explicitly provided for in laws
• Directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
• Necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligations
• Necessary for processing within the scope of legitimate interests
• Your explicit consent (where required)

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to:

• Relevant service providers (craftsmen) for the purpose of providing the service
• Authorized public institutions and organizations as required by legal obligations
• Limited third-party service providers for technical infrastructure services

Such transfers are carried out in a limited and proportionate manner in line with the purpose.

6. Retention Period of Personal Data

Your personal data is retained:

• For the duration required by the processing purpose
• For the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation

At the end of the period, the data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

• To request notification of these actions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred
• To object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
• To request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing

8. Application Method

You can submit your requests regarding your rights under the PDPL:
Via email or through the in-app support section.
Your requests will be responded to within the periods stipulated in the legislation.

9. Changes to the Disclosure Text

This Disclosure Text may be updated in line with changes in legislation or updates to the scope of services.
Updates become effective from the date they are published through the application.
